AGM & Membership Renewal Information

PLEASE NOTE: Memberships will not be sold at the door before the AGM.
You must renew your membership before the end of September
in order to be eligible to vote at the AGM.
You may either contact a Board Member with your renewal or
mail your membership form with cash, cheque or a money order
posted on or before September 30th to:

The AGM will start promptly at 6:00 PM and the doors will be
locked at that time. Attendees at the AGM will not be
permitted to be excused and then return during the meeting,
or they will forfeit their right to vote.

If you either renewed or purchased a membership at last year’s AGM,
your membership is still valid until October 31, 2011.
